By accessing and using the Emotional Gate Institute platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Platform Use
The Emotional Gate Institute platform is designed for educational and personal development purposes. All course content, assessments, certifications, and materials are protected intellectual property. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.
Enrollment & Access
Upon enrollment in any course or certification program, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for the duration of your enrollment. Access is for individual use only and may not be shared.
Certification Requirements
To earn a certificate, students must complete all required modules, achieve the minimum passing score on all assessments, and pass the final certification examination. EGI reserves the right to revoke certificates if academic integrity is violated.
User Conduct
Users are expected to engage with the platform and community with respect, integrity, and emotional safety. Harassment, discrimination, or misuse of community features will result in account suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including courses, assessments, frameworks, videos, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Emotional Gate Institute and Wendy Agbonson. The 'Eight Emotional Gates' framework is proprietary.
Limitation of Liability
Emotional Gate Institute provides educational resources and is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the application of our frameworks in clinical or therapeutic settings.
